    This treatment is followed with the Foot Perfecter massage, cuticle tidy up and nail shape.

  • Removal service is not available for new clients; new clients must attend first appointment with bare nails.

    Existing clients please follow this procedure; you must book for removal of your previous gel polish, builder or acrylic before your full set appointment, removal services are not available to book online.

    Please contact your nail technician direct and she will set this up for you.

    You will be required to attend your appointment earlier for your removal.

    You will receive a confirmation email, and a text reminder the day before.

    Card details are required for booking, but not charged, the full amount will be payable at appointment.

  • Level 1 nail art is anything which is not detailed, or more simplistic such as but not limited to foil, glitter, dots, chrome etc.

    Level 2 nail art is any detailed or hand painted nail art.

    If you are unsure which category your design falls under please contact us before booking your appointment to check this.

    Your card details are required upon booking but not charged. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation (48 hours before), no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account.

    If you cancel after this date your card will be charged, the cancellation fee is 50% of your booked service(s).

    As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is complete.
